The picture above was the first airport in Lake Havasu City in the 1950's.  As you can see the airport was on a peninsula which latter became and island when the London Bridge was built.  The airport has now been relocated to the north side of the city.

The first hotel in Lake Havasu city, it was built to accommodate the many visitors McCulloch flew in to purchase real estate.  This hotel hosted the high school�s first Junior Senior Prom, in 1969. The hotel was removed in 1988, it  is now the Lake Havasu City�s Civic Center.
