Lance Matzdorff - Sales Associate
Lance's
grandfather, Chet Chenoweth, purchased 1,700 acres of land just north
of the Lake Havasu city limits in 1958 after opening his Phoenix, AZ
real estate office in 1957. In 1963, Lance and his parents, Lyle &
Stellene Matzdorff, moved to Lake Havasu and opened the first real
estate office. Soon after, Chet & Lyle became known as “The Flying
Realtors” because they showed acreage from their planes.
Lance has seen unfathomable changes as Havasu has grown. The biggest changes were Pittsburg Point being transformed from a peninsula into the Island as the London Bridge was reconstructed and most recently the beautiful town Havasu has blossomed into.
